As we bid farewell to 2024, I find myself reflecting on a year of immense growth, meaningful connections, and transformative projects at Humanistic Power LLC. This year, our journey has been one of innovation, empowerment, and collaboration, both in the consulting and writing spaces. I’m proud to share some highlights that define what this year has meant for me and for our community.
Pioneering AI Governance and Compliance
In 2024, I had the privilege of leading impactful initiatives in AI Governance, a field that continues to evolve as a cornerstone of ethical and compliant business practices. This approach emphasized aligning AI technology with organizational goals while ensuring ethical integrity and regulatory compliance.
Additionally, my work preparing for the AI Governance Professional Certification has deepened my understanding of responsible AI governance. This journey, particularly focusing on implementing risk management strategies, has been invaluable in advancing Humanistic Power’s consulting capabilities.
Writing to Inspire and Educate
This year marked the debut of my column, Wired for Compliance, in CEP Magazine. My sincere thanks to Bill Anholozer, an amazing editor and person I've had the pleasure of partnering with this year. Writing for this platform has allowed me to explore the dynamic intersection of technology and compliance. My first article, published in April, was a milestone that reinforced my passion for sharing insights with a broader audience.
Transformative Workshops and Trainings
Humanistic Power LLC delivered impactful training sessions on Building Resilience in a Compliance Framework. The session emphasized the critical role of compliance officers and fostered a deeper commitment to ethical practices. Seeing participants engage with these concepts and apply them to their work has been one of the most rewarding aspects of the year. Earlier in the year, we hosted a one-hour webinar titled Ethical Catalysts, focusing on strategies to amplify the impact of compliance professionals. This interactive session set a strong precedent for how training can inspire actionable change within organizations.
Community Engagement and Growth
2024 also saw the launch of Humanistic Power Group, our community-focused initiative encompassing and e-commerce ventures. This expansion is a testament to our commitment to blending innovation with meaningful experiences. Whether through consulting, mentoring or creating memorable moments for individuals, we’ve embraced our mission of empowerment in every endeavor.
